Bulk Lotion, Filling or Finished Products: Choosing Your Supply Scope

You do not have to outsource every step together. OCELEIYA can discuss bulk formula, packaging, partially finished products and complete OEM / ODM projects. The right route depends on which production steps your team can handle and which it needs a supplier to complete.

Define what will be delivered

Bulk formula: specify the formula reference and bulk container requirements; agree who handles filling and finished-product packing.
Filled units: identify the bottle or tube, closure and fill quantity, and whether labels, cartons or outer boxes are included.
Packaging supply: list each component separately, including bottle, cap, pump, label and box, with artwork and dimensions.
Finished products: agree the complete unit, retail pack and shipping carton specification. A photograph alone is not a packing list.

Use a product reference without assuming the same formula

The 200ml OCELEIYA Ethereal Bloom bottle and 200ml INVANNCHY Obsidian Night tube are useful packaging references. They are not proof that an identical formula or component is available for every supply route. Send the exact product link and say whether your interest is the texture, fragrance or pack format.

Agree handover and quality responsibilities

Confirm who purchases, receives and checks each packaging component.
For bulk supply, request the applicable storage conditions, usable period, transport requirements and batch identification. Do not infer these from the shelf life of a finished retail product.
Agree compatibility checks, approved samples, inspection scope and what happens if supplied components do not match the specification.
Request a quotation separated by formula, components, filling, packing and delivery where applicable. Confirm MOQ for the selected scope.

Compare the whole project, not only the unit price

A lower quoted product price may exclude work your team still needs to arrange. Compare included components, handling, filling, inspection and delivery on the same basis. Before ordering, confirm exactly which materials and documents will change hands.

MOQ, free samples & first-order planning

In-stock orders start at 24 units and may mix products; one set counts as one unit. Custom orders start at 1,000 units; confirm the allocation by product, fragrance and packaging for your project. Samples are free; the recipient pays shipping. When an existing in-stock reference is available, samples can generally be prepared in 2–3 days, depending on product complexity and confirmation. This is preparation time, not delivery time. Production lead time is quoted for the agreed project.
